Little Cosmo All You Can Eat World Buffet Restaurant, Newcastle

If you ever find yourself in Newcastle and your stomach’s grumbling for something global, Little Cosmo All You Can Eat World Buffet Restaurant, Newcastle is where you want to be. Located right in the city centre at 92-98 Newgate Street, it’s not just a buffet-it’s a culinary passport to flavours from around the world, all under one roof. Whether you're craving fresh sushi, sizzling teppanyaki, or creamy Black Forest cake, Little Cosmo has a little something for every taste.

This all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant in Newcastle is buzzing with energy, offering a laid-back vibe that’s perfect for casual lunch dates, spontaneous solo meals, or a fun dinner with friends. From the moment you walk in, the vibrant display of dishes instantly sets the tone-you’re here to eat well and plenty.

Let’s be real-buffets can be hit or miss. But here? It’s consistently solid. From pan-Asian staples like Kung Pao Chicken and crispy duck to European crowd-pleasers like cheesecake and Eton Mess, Little Cosmo balances quantity with quality better than most. One of the standout sections is the live teppanyaki station, where you can watch your steak or seafood sizzle right in front of you. And yes, the Tteok-bokki-a spicy, chewy Korean rice cake dish-is totally worth going back for seconds. Or thirds.

Their sushi and dim sum selection is surprisingly fresh for a buffet, and they don’t skimp on variety. If you're into lighter fare, there’s also a salad bar with everything from crunchy broccoli and beans to tangy dressings that don't taste like they came from a bottle.

Beyond the food, their beverage options are another win. Fancy a glass of wine? They’ve got it. Prefer a fizzy mojito or a cold beer? No problem. For non-drinkers or the little ones, there's fresh juice, sodas, and even cereal if you’re feeling nostalgic or just plain quirky. This buffet even serves cocktails, which is a rare treat in this type of dining setup.

The dessert station is, hands down, one of the main highlights. Picture this: a lemon & strawberry cheesecake next to bowls of jelly, ice cream, mini cakes, and a rich Black Forest cake. They’ve clearly put thought into their sweets-not just token offerings to check a box. If you’re the type who “saves room for dessert,” prepare to be very happy.

Little Cosmo doesn’t just cater to your taste buds-it also respects comfort and accessibility. The restaurant features wheelchair-accessible seating, entrance, and restrooms, making it a welcoming space for everyone. While they don’t offer takeaway or delivery, the on-site dining experience is the main attraction anyway. You’re not just going there to eat; you’re there for the vibe-the clatter of plates, the aroma of dishes being freshly cooked, and the friendly buzz of people enjoying global flavours together.

If you’re in town during lunch or dinner and wondering where to eat in Newcastle city centre, this place is a solid pick. It’s especially popular for lunch and dinner, but also a top choice if you’re flying solo and want a relaxed space where you can load up a plate (or three) without judgment. It’s also ideal if you’re dining with picky eaters or a group that can never agree on one cuisine.

Whether you're a student on a budget (buffets are your best friend), a foodie with a global palate, or someone just looking for a satisfying meal with zero fuss, Little Cosmo All You Can Eat World Buffet Restaurant, Newcastle is the kind of spot that delivers exactly what it promises-and more.

And let’s face it, where else in Newcastle can you have a plate that includes lemon chicken, smörgåsbord, souchis, and Thanksgiving dinner all in one go?

We took our daughter out for her Birthday meal, aa she absolutely love this place! The food was great. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we really appreciated the friendly service. It was so sweet that they took the time to bring over a dessert and sing Happy Birthday to our daughter. My husband said he would love to see a few spicier dishes on the menu, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend for family outings! Thank you so much

We've been here many times but today is exceptional. A lot of new dishes at the same price. Cheers to Arun and Maria for their Excellent customer service. They also support NHS by accepting Blue Light Card.

I had an amazing meal recently! The food was absolutely fantastic—everything from the mussels to the BBQ pork hit the spot. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the service was spot on, making for a really enjoyable evening. I love that I can count on this place for delicious eats every month, especially for special occasions when price doesn't matter. Can’t wait to come back for more!

I popped in for a bite recently and was super impressed! The food was mostly lovely, especially the Beef in Black Bean Sauce and the Prawn Spring Onion—definitely would recommend. The service was top-notch, and the place was sparkling clean, which really adds to the vibe. I've got to mention, I'm still bummed that there wasn’t any cheesecake on the menu! Overall, a solid experience that I can't wait to repeat.
